Lesa holds a Masters in Leading Innovation and Change in Education. She has built a career in research and insight, which spans over a decade and has used these skills for service, product and business improvement in multinational organisations. With an extensive history of engagement in multifaceted roles such as tutor, mentor, and, most recently, school governor, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to educational excellence.

Her core belief centres around the symbiotic relationship between parents and educational institutions, advocating that collaborative efforts yield optimal outcomes for the child's development and growth. Her passion for improvement parent school relationships was further emboldened through her research into parental engagement after the Covid pandemic.

Ali is a qualified Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) and a dedicated advocate for mental health, with a particular focus on students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Holding a degree in Psychology and a PgDip (Postgraduate Diploma) in the Neuroscience of Mental Health, his academic background has proven instrumental in shaping his successful trajectory within the field of education. With extensive experience within educational institutions, Ali understands the profound impact that decisions can have on faculty and students. His adept application of mental health expertise has been pivotal in guiding colleagues and students through periods of academic transitions and challenging circumstances.
